If you have any information that could help the Qubit Victims Alliance — about the hacker’s identity, the movement of stolen funds, Mound Inc.’s internal decisions, or any related activity — we want to hear from you.

All information is treated with confidentiality. You can remain anonymous.


  • Any information identifying the person(s) behind wallet 0xd01ae1a708614948b2b5e0b7ab5be6afa01325c7
  • Exchange accounts, OTC transactions, or other services used to move or liquidate the stolen funds
  • Any link between the hacker wallet and known individuals
  • Movement of funds from the hacker’s wallet
  • Exchanges or services that received deposits from the hacker
  • Mixing or laundering activity related to these funds
  • Information about the pre-hack parameter change that reassigned resourceID to the zero address
  • Internal communications about the decision to deploy unaudited code
  • Information about the $20M silent victim (0xba19a0f65e0cd2a5042bf12ecc93f9816884983d) and their Binance connection
  • Any knowledge of where Mound Inc. executives are now and what they are doing
  • Any knowledge of communications between Mound Inc. and Binance before or after the hack
  • Any information about Binance’s awareness of the unaudited bridge deployment
